2.1. Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.
3.1. You may pay with either credit or debit cards. Stripe banking services manages all of our banking transactions. URBANY'S does not store any credit card numbers.
4. Payment by Credit Card
4.1. Pay with your Visa, AMEX or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Stripe with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments unless the customer’s bank charges a fee to the customer. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, URBANY'S may automatically cancel your order.
4.2 Monthly invoice with part payment option (PowerPay)
With the monthly invoice (PowerPay) - you can pay your online purchases easily by invoice with a part payment option. MF Group / PowerPay as an external payment service provider offers the payment method "payment via invoice". At the end of the payment process PowerPay takes over the resulting invoice requirement and handles the corresponding payment option. By selecting the monthly invoice you accept the terms and conditions of PowerPay. (powerpay.ch/en/agb). Additional fees will apply according to the terms and conditions of PowerPay, if you choose to pay in instalments or if you do not meet the payment deadline of the invoice.
5. Promo Codes
5.1. Promo Codes must be entered during the checkout process in order to be honored. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.
6.1. Please note that in case of an order being shipped to a delivery address outside of Switzerland, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that URBANY'S has no control over these charges and, since these charges differ depending on the country of delivery, URBANY'S cannot predict their amount. URBANY'S advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
7.1. URBANY'S holds the right to change prices, and correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as on final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel URBANY'S to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the way deemed most appropriate. Such changes may be performed at any time.
Consumers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If customers wish to exercise this right to return an order, it is recommended that they contact URBANY'S in order to obtain a return address. Return shipping is paid by URBANY'S. If you live in a geographical area where the national postal service does not offer returns, the customer may be obliged to pay for the return shipping. If an item is damaged during transport, URBANY'S should be contacted within 14 days for information about potential compensation.
8.1. Warranty term: Two year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have a replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the "contact us" page. In the e-mail you must specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue or defect. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail or letter. Return shipping is paid by URBANY'S. If URBANY'S cannot find any defects in the nature described above, the product will be returned back to the customer.
9. Personal information
10.1. URBANY'S reserves the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. Although we strive to depict the product in the most accurate way possible, we cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may for example differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
11. Delivery and cancellations
11.1. URBANY'S delivers worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting URBANY'S within 14 days from receiving the goods, provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the risk for transporting the returned goods to URBANY'S.
In the case that you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with URBANY'S by email. If a product has been discontinued, URBANY'S reserves the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. URBANY'S may notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
12. Complaints terms
12.1. It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and that the order is correct. If your product is damaged during transportation, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive an item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you must also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly. The same applies for returns. Defective products returned to URBANY'S should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. URBANY'S has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, URBANY'S will send the product back to the customer and the shipment costs will be borne by the customer.
13.1. URBANY'S responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to the existing conditions of sale. URBANY'S bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
14. Applicable laws
14.1. These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law, under the provison, however, that consumers may also be able to invoke mandatory legislation applicable in their own country of residence. Any disputes between URBANY'S and the buyer will be brought before the competent court of the Canton of Zurich.
