How do I change the band of my URBANY'S watch?

To enable individuality for every occasion, each URBANY'S watch comes with interchangeable wristbands. The illustrations below show you how this is done in a quick and easy fashion:

Can I wash my URBANY'S watch?


Nylon Strap:

Clean your URBANY'S nylon wristband using lukewarm water and a little soap. Leave the wristband to dry afterward.


Leather Strap:

Please note that all URBANY'S leather wristbands are made from real leather. The condition of the leather can suffer due to external factors such as sweat, dirt, and humidity. We recommend using a leather protection spray and a suitable care product to protect your watch from the harms of everyday use.


Mesh Strap:

Wash the mesh wristband with a lightly dampened cotton pad or cotton cloth. Rub the wristband down carefully and try not to leave any part of it wet or damp. Dry it off with a dry cotton pad or towel.


Is there a guaranty for purchased products?

We guaranty our watches and products for two years. This is valid only for the internal movement of the watch, but not for components like the glass, wristband or case. Questions regarding the order process


What advantages come with a customer account?

By creating an account with us, you can access your order history, change your billing or shipping address, and edit your newsletter preferences. Of course, an account also makes it easier to order from us again without entering your details again. If you have any questions about your account, feel free to contact us using our contact formula.


Which methods of payment do you accept?


Payment via Credit Card:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment takes place through our partner Stripe. Your credit card details are transferred via a secure SSL connection and are not stored in our systems.


Payment via Paypal:

You can use your PayPal account to make purchases at our store. To do this, you will need a validated PayPal account. Log in to this account to confirm payment. As soon as the order amount is received in our account, your order will be fulfilled.


Payment on Invoice:

In cooperation with MF Group, URBANY'S offers payment on invoice as an additional method of payment. With this payment method, no account details are required from you. Payment with this method is subject to certain guidelines and is thus not available for all orders and customers. In particular, we only use this method for domestic orders. We also require that the order address matches the billing address.


How can I use an URBANY'S gift card or voucher?

If you have a gift card or voucher, you may enter the code in the second step (“Order Information”) of the order process. Only one code may be used per order.


Can I change my order after submitting it?

Our order and shipping processes are automated. Your order is processed and shipped as fast as possible, in order to guarantee fast delivery times. However, because of this process, we cannot allow changes after an order has been submitted.


Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel an order through the URBANY'S shop. The cancellation period is 14 days after you have received your order. In case you would like to cancel your order, please notify our customer service beforehand. You will find the contact formula in the Contact/Customer Service section of our website. You will not be able to receive a refund after the 14 day period has elapsed.

Who delivers my order?

All orders from URBANY'S are delivered by the Swiss Post.


To which countries does URBANY'S deliver and how long does delivery take?

URBANY'S offers free shipping to the regions selectable during ordering.

All order conditions including duration and date of shipment are to be understood as estimates and are not final or guaranteed order conditions.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address. URBANY'S does not accept responsibility for failed delivery, wholly or inpart, due to an erroneous address. Should URBANY'S need additional information regarding delivery addresses, it retains the right to contact the customer. In such cases, delayed delivery may follow.

URBANY'S makes every effort to get your order delivered within the expected delivery period. If there is a delay or any trouble with an order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible after placement of the order. In this case, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge.

How do I return items?

Products ordered in our online shop can be returned within 14 days of taking delivery. Please report your cancellation via our contact formula and send the cancelled items to the following address:

As soon as your return has been delivered to us, we will refund the order amount to the medium of payment used.  Please note that the costs for returning an order lie with the customer.
